IT’S OUR RESPONSIBILITY

Some companies call it Corporate Social Responsibility. We call it Our Social Responsibility. Within Emberson, we recognise that we have a responsibility to all of our stakeholders, to communicate and behave honestly and openly, to enable balance in our work lives and to encourage passion for life, inside and outside of work.

When Emberson was formed in 2010 we were clear on two fundamental principles:

We wanted to work for and with like-minded people who wanted to truly collaborate with each other and their marketing agency.

We wanted to make the difference for our employees, customers, supply partners and our communities, by putting people first.

We balance work with personal fitness and development and spending time with friends and family.

This is the inwards part of our mantra, ‘onwards, upwards and inwards’. If we look after ourselves, and each other, then we become more sustainable for the future.

SUPPORTING OUR COMMUNITIES

Community is important to us all at Emberson. As we work flexibly we are able to actively participate in our local community life and are finding our ‘mojo’ in activities and causes outside of work too. We support six charities, through fundraising and offering our time in those charities.
