Emberson announces its transition to employee ownership where all employees within the Group have been made shareholders.
Prior to the announcement, the Board considered alternative ownership structures to preserve the employee-focused ethos and as a result of the comprehensive advice from Pearson May, welcomed the opportunity to align the common goals and share the success of the Group, using HMRC’s Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme as the vehicle.
Currently a marketing communications group with three marketing and events agencies, Emberson is actively looking to create two more agencies.
