Emberson announces its transition to employee ownership where all employees within the Group have been made shareholders.

Prior to the announcement, the Board considered alternative ownership structures to preserve the employee-focused ethos and as a result of the comprehensive advice from Pearson May, welcomed the opportunity to align the common goals and share the success of the Group, using HMRC’s Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme as the vehicle.

Currently a marketing communications group with three marketing and events agencies, Emberson is actively looking to create two more agencies.

“We are determined to sustainably secure the long-term health of the Group for all of our stakeholders: employees, customers and our wider supply network. Employee ownership is a commitment to our great teams, who have, with the founders, been instrumental to our success. We are in it together: sharing in the success that we’ve built so far, and now, taking responsibility for the future prosperity. Employee share ownership and our values of creativity, leadership and integrity bind us together. Our collective mission and reputation to make a positive and notable impact to our clients’ profit and performance is getting stronger.”
